Robert never had the résumé people expect from a keynote speaker. No degree opened doors for him. No connections smoothed the way. What he had instead was a willingness to outwork the doubt — his own and everyone else's — and to treat every closed door as a design problem rather than a verdict.
That approach carried him across three worlds that rarely share a stage: technology, where he now works as a Sr. AI Cloud Solution Architect building the systems reshaping how businesses operate; ministry, where two decades of pastoring and leading a congregation taught him how to speak to the parts of people that spreadsheets never reach; and sales, where he learned that conviction, not credentials, is what actually moves a room.
Along the way he became a John Maxwell Certified leadership and communication coach, sharpening the skill that ties the other three together: turning hard-won experience into something an audience can actually use on Monday morning.
